Full Job Description
- Oversee a team of risk and compliance professionals to perform compliance activities for the GE Aerospace enterprise
- Partner with and build relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, external assessors and other Digital Technology teams
- Develop and maintain strategy and approach for ensuring compliance to external regulations such as UK Cyber Essentials and internal company technology programs
- Own strategy and standard work accountability for digital technology support required for Works Council consultations. This includes cross-functional schedule coordination, education of the DT teams, defining a clear path of engagement and advising of risk to critical project timelines
- Assist risk and control issue owners in remediation planning and execution, to ensure actions address root cause
- Coordinate and provide regular reporting on open issues and program statuses
- Influence decision making and prioritisation through active partnership with cross-functional teams
- Plan and manage budgets related to scope of team
- Communicate effectively both within immediate team and GE leadership.
- Ensure team receives consistent messages direction, strategy and results and has clear understanding of business
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" subject (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) - Significant experience in cyber risk and compliance
- Experience with LEAN methodologies
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholder relations
