Full Job Description
We are seeking a Risk Manager to report to the Risk Lead, supporting the Programme executive and Project Managers in the delivery of the Sizewell C Project. This role covers responsibility of development and maintenance of the Owners Scope Risk Register:
- Develop and Manage Programme Risk Registers
- Lead the identification and development of risk mitigation and/or action plans within the Programme Risk Registers
- Contribute to developing and maintaining the Risk management Strategy/Plan
- Conduct Qualitative & Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) on the Integrated Works Schedule and advise Programme Directors of key areas of Risk to allow for mitigative actions
- Organise and Facilitate workshops of large numbers of Project Managers to ensure all Risks are captured
- Work with other Risk Managers to ensure Risks are not duplicated across other Programmes
Demonstrable use of numerical and verbal communication skills within a business environment - Membership of one or more risk or project management organisation e.g. APM, PMI, IRM, CERA or a suitable equivalent.
- P6, Microsoft Project or similar planning tool experience
- Demonstrable Risk Management experience on Major Projects/ Programmes
- Risk management - Vocational or Formal training
- Monte-Carlo data analysis tool experience
- Experience of developing QSRA models
- Enterprise risk management application knowledge
