Were looking for a highly-motivated and proactive QA Analyst to support our Risk Operations teams combat financial crime. Today, Risk Operations consists of the following areas:

Fraud Investigations
AML Transaction Monitoring
High Risk (KYC) Onboarding

Your mission is to enable high performance capabilities across the group, ensuring our teams effectively assess financial crime risk and are efficient in how we work.

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm, and willingness to work on some public holidays.

  • What excites you

    Being the point of escalation for our first-line risk teams and conducting live quality checks on complex, high-risk investigations.
    Regularly test & analyse team performance and produce actionable insights.
    Partner with the Risk Operations management team to ensure KPIs are in line with business requirements and manage performance reporting.
    Identify and implement process improvements and provide Subject Matter Expertise support on key initiatives.
    Provide training, technical support and mentoring to less experienced members of the team.

    You are passionate about fighting financial crime and comfortably able to assess risk, spotting suspicious activity and/or fraud from a mile off
    You use clear logic and reasoning to separate legitimate behaviour from suspected illicit activity
    You know how to balance risk, customer experience and operational efficiency
    You have a strong technical understanding of financial crime, and an excellent ability to break complex problems down and communicate them to stakeholders
    You are solution-oriented and dont shy away from challenging the status quo by bringing viable, alternative solutions to the table
    You bring the hustle and are thoroughly able to prioritise, organise and execute
