Risk Specialist

You'll join one of our truly unique contracts working on supporting the current fleet or shaping the future fleet, ultimately you will own and deliver tasks that ensure submarines and submariners go to sea safely. What you'll do:

• Work collaboratively with project teams (in particular: project managers, project controllers, and project planners) to ensure risk management supports successful project outcomes.
• Implement and support the risk management process throughout the full project lifecycle, covering both threats and opportunities.
• Establish and maintain the project risk register; define and oversee mitigation actions; facilitate risk workshops.
• Analyse risk data, and produce high-quality risk metrics and reports; communicate project / programme / portfolio risks and impacts.
  
  Demonstrable experience of conducing project risk management activities.
• Experience with risk management tools and methodologies.
• Relevant qualification in Project Management (APM PMQ or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
