We have a number of vacancies across our organisation and are looking to recruit newly qualified RMN's about to embark on Preceptorship.

If you believe in providing the best person centred care whilst learning and developing then our Preceptorship opportunity is for you.

We have a dedicated, highly experienced team to lead you through your journey to become a confident and proficient practicing nurse The Preceptorship leads will provide a timetable of training on topics relevant to newly qualified nurses, in the latter part of the program we encourage and support you through the Edward Jenner programme to consolidate your learning and help you in practice.

We will follow your progress from start to finish and when you need a little extra help can provide the coaching necessary to get you there!

Main duties of the job

Upon successful completion you will be provided with a certificate of achievement and an ongoing personal development plan to take you into your next phase of learning and development.
