Road Logistics Branch Finance Assistant

The Finance Assistant will have overall responsibility for ensuring all Road Logistics Branch Finance, liaising with Team Leader/Branch Staff to ensure efficient processing of invoices in line with KPI's, and ensuring correct GP recorded at Branch.,

• Control of the FSL for specific Branch.
• Administration of all incoming purchase invoices.
• Management of KPI finance upload and information.
• Work with Team Leader to ensure all Company Policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Providing a support system for Branch Managers in respect of Finance.
• Identify any anomalies within this task and highlight to team leader.
• Complete any other identified tasks as instructed by Team Leader.
  
  Up to 2 years of experience in accounting and finance experience
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
• Disciplined and self motivated with a hands-on approach and good team player
