Full Job Description
The role holder will work within a cross functional (internal and external) team that will plan, monitor and control the roadmap of demand across the delivery portfolio providing a holistic view of the portfolio and the ability to be able to deliver the business needs and demands.
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Proven experience in capacity planning, project management, or a similar role.
- Demand Management experience including managing the flow of demand into a delivery team
- Previous Roadmap Planning experience aligning a roadmap with business objectives
- Able to identify and implement process improvements ensuring adherence to governance standards and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address gaps between demand and capacity
