Full Job Description

Job Purpose: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Robotics Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for building relationships with customers.,

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand industry trends.

  • Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality, healthcare, and public sector to introduce our robotic solutions.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our robotic solutions.

  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, product demo and close sales deals.

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

  • Utilise effective questioning techniques to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our robotic solutions to a range of audiences, including senior executives and decision-makers.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot).

  • Create quotes, opportunities and work on your sales forecast on our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Assist with industry-related events such as trade shows, exhibits, etc.

  • Work with the Marketing Team on engaging content and drip campaigns to drive new and repeat business.

    Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish language skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

  • Proficiency in using software applications for presentation, analysis, and reporting., 3+ years of sales experience, ideally with a background in technology or B2B Sales, robotics sales or solution led sales.

  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in innovative technologies.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an opportunistic and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

  • Occasional travel for customer site visits, product PoC is required.

    Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
