Full Job Description
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates for the position of Robotics training and implementation specialist to be responsible for ensuring that all team members are adequately trained in the department to the standard required.,
- Train and implement robots at various sites through the UK
- Carry out refresher training and monitor and record trainees' aptitude to ensure that they are delivering on expected standards to ensure that the Robots work efficiently
- Liase with clients and ensure that continuous reports are submitted weekly to our clients
- Liaise with department management or Area Manager regarding any relevant issues concerning set up and training
- Ensure all staff are trained on and fully conversant with all relevant areas of Health & Safety and required training paperwork is completed and signed off by the HSE department prior to deployment
- Ensure all staff are trained on and know how the Robots operated
- Ensure employees are re-trained when required
- Assist with ensuring all sites have consumables and liaising with technicians timeously so there are no site issues
- Ensure all assets are in good working order and are checked regularly
- Complete weekly call reports and where appropriate and action issues
- Build solid relationships with sites, so that there is a constant flow of information
- Work on a weekly site rota on site visits and new deployments
Previous experience preferably in hospitality - A good knowledge of housekeeping operations
- Previous experience in delivering training to a diverse range of employees
- Desirable to have a training qualification ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
