Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Roofer to join Your Housing Groups Repairs and Maintenance Division and provide a high-quality Roofing repairs service to our customers. What will my working week look like? You will live within your regional area of work Merseyside and ideally be based within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed. What will I be responsible for doing? As a member of our reactive maintenance and repairs team, you will carry out roofing maintenance on both major and minor construction works, for a number of void and tenanted properties owned by Your Housing Group. You will be confident and capable, ensuring all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity, and safety.   • Experience in construction or housing maintenance
  • A full UK Driving License (ideally no more than 6 points)
  • The ability and experience in the completion of all slate, tile, stone, ridge, verge and lead repair work to a high standard (EDPM Rubber Roofing/flat roof experience is desirable)
  • Basic health and safety knowledge in a repair's environment

    In return we offer £31,500 for a 40-hour week, plus a Company van and fuel card (for business use), paid overtime and a Monday to Friday only working week.
