Room Attendant

We have a superb opportunity for a Room Attendant to join the team.

• Our Room Attendants ensure that guests find hotel rooms spotless and have an enjoyable stay.
• As a Room Attendant you will work as part of the team in a fast paced environment working to achieve the highest standards of room cleanliness at all times.
• Liaise with Head Housekeeper/ Supervisor efficiently
• Report any technical issues, damages, and maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor.
• Perform cleaning of all storage, corridors, and public areas, ensuring quality standards are maintained when required
• Follow the correct procedure for lost property
• Comply to all health, safety, and hygiene rules
• Work on a rota basis which will Include weekends
  
  Previous experience within a housekeeping role is preferred., A positive attitude
• Have a real focus on quality standards of your own work and that of the team
• Good communication skills
• Passion for guest service
• Physical mobility
• Ability to follow instruction
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible work approach
