Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates for the position of Room Attendant working in a busy 4-star boutique hotel in the heart of London. You will work as part of the team in a fast-paced environment striving to always achieve the highest standards of room and public area cleanliness. You will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel housekeeping department. The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high-quality service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Housekeeping duties include physical activities which will involve lifting, carrying, and manual handling, as well as the ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
  • Working alongside our teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
  • Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
  • Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
  • Emptying and disposing of bin waste

    Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a hands-on role
  • Previous experience is preferred, however, not essential
  • Have a flexible approach to working
