Room Care Technician

Room Care Technicians in our team provide effective repair and preventative maintenance to ensure our guest bedrooms are kept in excellent condition.

• Maintain the bedrooms, without compromising the guest experience.
• Complete day-to-day maintenance requests.
• Ensure that all fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and any defects are corrected promptly.
• Complete regular machinery testing and maintenance on the hotel machines and equipment.
• Responding to maintenance emergency calls.
  
  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good at multi-tasking and being able to respond to changes in job priorities at short notice.
• Flexible approach, remaining calm under pressure and working hard to avoid disrupting our guests.
• You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
• Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
• Plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills are a real advantage.
• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
