Full Job Description

  • The Rooms Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office, Porterage, Nights, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Public Area departments to deliver an excellent guest and Team Member experience in accordance with the Service Standards ensuring high levels of service and guest satisfaction throughout the guest journey.
  • Supports the hotel's commercial performance through established procedures, and by developing new opportunities, to maximise upsell revenue, fill night conversion, room type performance, and other operating revenue streams.
  • Manages compliance with legal obligations, minimising risk for the company by ensuring that Health & Safety, security, data protection, financial and various other policies and procedures and consistently implemented.
  • Fostering a culture of Care and growth for our team members encouraging them to thrive and grow professionally.
  • Expected to be visibly present in the operations at peak times and be confident and capable of dealing with unexpected situations professionally and to personally own and oversee VIP arrivals.
