Room Leader

Lead a team of early years educators to deliver Kindred's pedagogy
Model best practices in line with regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with your team to create a shared vision for the room
Supervise, support, and delegate tasks to your team
Welcome and support new team members
Perform performance management duties when required
Deputise in the absence of Senior Management
Conduct nursery tours confidently to showcase available spaces
Act as a key holder for the nursery

Hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher (including level 2 English/GCSE if qualified post 2014)
Have experience working with children
Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Provide exceptional customer service
This role is perfect for an individual passionate about children's development, whether you are an experienced Room Leader or a Senior Nursery Nurse eager to share your expertise and skills.

This full-time position requires flexibility to work 40-42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer an hourly rate between £12.50 and £13.50 per hour, an extensive benefits package, and the chance to nurture your passion for growth and development.
