As a Room Service Waiter at The Soho Hotel, your primary role will be to ensure our guests receive impeccable service during their stay. Responsibilities:

• Taking and delivering guest orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Making personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensuring all room service requests are fulfilled promptly and effectively.
• Maintaining a clean and organised service area.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other hotel team members to provide seamless service.
• Handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Upholding the highest standards of customer service and hospitality.
