- Being aware of arrangements for the differing needs of visitors, including children and offering help where necessary
- Be aware of emergency procedures and any health and safety issues.
- Reporting any concerns about the collection or interiors of the house to the House team as appropriate.
- Learning about our vision, places and stories so you can tell people about us and encourage them to get involved in our work What skills do I need? This role will suit you if you are enthusiastic and friendly, enjoy meeting people and like working as part of a team. Please note you must be able to stand for long periods, as you are only able to sit when visitors are not in your area.
