Rope Access Maintenance Operative

Our infrastructure division is crucial to the safety of key civil infrastructure across the UK and beyond. Our specialist team are experts not only in completing the most thorough inspections on critical structures such as railway bridges, but also in accessing some of the most challenging locations. We are looking to appoint a Specialist Access Technician for specialist access cleaning and maintenance works nationwide. This is a great opportunity for someone in this field to join a growing company who will develop and support them in their career. Must be based in Cheshire/ Staffordshire/Shropshire due to the location of our office, although the role will involve some working away from home. We are looking for someone who is driven and self-motivated with a hunger for career development. The candidate must have a head for heights and enclosed spaces What will you be doing? As a Rope Access Maintenance Operative for BES Infrastructure, you will be carrying out cleaning and maintenance projects using specialist access methods. You will:

• Delivering specialist access cleaning and maintenance projects under the supervision of a senior site supervisor.
• Projects to be delivered include high level cleaning, painting, de-vegetation, general building maintenance, gutter cleaning.
• Learn a variety of access methods including Rope Access, Mobile Scaffolding, Mobile Elevated Working Platforms, Power Boats, and many more.
• Personal development within the role to progress through the IRATA levels.
  
  Full UK Driving License.
