Full Job Description

The Rostering and Resourcing team continues it's journey and will commence a piece of work to implement a collaborative bank system across the group, To Support the team to deliver and take responsibility for:

  • working with service lines to ensure that all new bank starters and leavers are correctly set up on the system
  • responsible for ensuring that all relevant elements of training and development are correctly set up on the system and the correct dates are recorded
  • working with service lines to ensure that all the relevant elements of roles skill mix are correctly recorded on the system
  • working with Service lines to encourage adherence to the Rostering Policy
  • To support in ongoing projects such as centralisation of rostering, LCHS recognises the increasing demand for more flexibility in working practices in order to accommodate the personal goals and commitments that employees experience at different stages during their working lives. Flexible working opportunities such as part-time working, compressed hours, job shares, and hybrid working models can help staff to balance their personal and work commitments. Arrangements can be put in place if it can be shown that the needs of the individual can be balanced with those of the service and the impact on other team members, enabling the Trust to recruit and retain skilled staff, raise staff morale, reduce absenteeism and respond to changing service needs more effectively.
