Full Job Description
You will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the rotas for Integrated Medicine using the Trust's electronic rostering software - HealthRota.You will consistently provide both safe and effective medical staffing, while improving the flexibility of rostering for our medical workforce.You will co-ordinate all annual leave and study leave requests ensuring safe staffing levels for each area are maintained, liaising confidently and effectively withclinical staff, managers and the HR team.You will be an excellent communicator with a wide variety of staff and be responsible for ensuring rotas provide safe and effective care for our patients.You will build relationships with the clinical and managerial teams across the hospital, including providing support for the recruitment administration within the Division.
