You will work within multi-disciplinary teams and provide assessment and treatment advice in a ward environment or in other areas such as patients' homes. General duties of this role include providing clinical supervision for less experienced Band 5 staff, students, and non-qualified staff. Some of our teams offer a weekend working rota which you will be expected to contribute to in-line with delivering seven-day services.

We offer excellent support through clinical supervision and in service training opportunities to enable you to consolidate your career and develop as an Occupational therapist. The Trust offers a host of clinical and leadership training opportunities to help you meet your future aspirations. Additionally, we provide close links with Universities and Trust research team to ensure your all-round development. As a Therapy service, we are big enough to provide you with varied experience and small enough to care.
Our Trust is rated as Good by the CQC and on a journey to becoming Outstanding for our patients, our communities and each other.
