Full Job Description

Participate in the Band 5 rotation scheme within Fairfield General Hospital in Bury . Potential to rotate within community services in the future.

Provide autonomous assessments and interventions, for own designated caseload of patients; with support and supervision for more complex needs.

Maintain clinical responsibility for own caseload and that of delegated tasks.

Be aware of your own limitations and competency, seeking senior support when required.

Provide support and training for junior staff and students.

The service operates over seven days and as such some weekend working is required as part of the role.
