Full Job Description

The role of the Band 5 Physiotherapist is to provide, develop and deliver a specialised and skilled level of Physiotherapy intervention specific to the service. These vary by rotation but examples will include delivering planned treatment interventions in the frail older adults on the ward, stroke ward, community visits for patients discharged from the community hospital, and supporting the Long COVID service and respiratory team.

You will be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, flexible and able to work autonomously using strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills as well as supporting complex discharges.

You will demonstrate a desire to work creatively to bring about innovative service development and commit to putting the patient at the centre of your work.
