Full Job Description

Our rotational scheme comprises seven desirable areas of clinical practice with each one lasting for nine months. The rotations include:
+ Critical Care and Surgery
+ Rapid Response Therapy Service and Frailty Intervention Team
+ Stroke and Neurological rehabilitation
+ Medicine Therapy Service
+ iCares Community services (Pathway 1)
+ Trauma and Orthopaedics
+ Inpatient rehabilitation (Pathway 2)
Each is a friendly team and will offer comprehensive induction and a supportive learning environment.
Successful applicants will play an active role in the development of services and will be part of delivering 7-day services including our out of hours respiratory on-call service.
Successful candidates will also be part of a cohesive peer group with the opportunity to undertake quality improvement project work to support the objectives of the services, Directorate and Clinical Group.
Within this rotational scheme there is an opportunity to request rotations of particular interest and flexible working applications will be supported wherever feasible.
Start dates into this role can also be negotiated for successful candidates.
