Full Job Description

We are recruiting for Rotational Therapy Assistants who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best Peopleand has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., The successful post holder will be expected to support therapy intervention given to patients, working as part of integrated therapy specialty teams, consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants on a rotational basis delivering 7 day services. Rotations currently include-

  • Older Persons

  • Acute Frailty

  • Cardiorespiratory

  • Paediatrics and Women's Health

  • Surgical/Vascular/Critical Care

  • Orthopaedics (Trauma and Elective)

  • Front Door, including Emergency Department

  • Rotations to Sheppey Frailty Unit may also be possible


  • As a Rotational Therapy Assistant you will ensure that patients receive high quality therapy care.

    The Rotational Therapy Assistant will work in partnership with members of the MDT both internally and external to the organisation.

    The role will involve weekend working and may involve extended hours - 8am-8pm.
