Full Job Description
As the Rotunda Lounge Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our elegant lobby lounge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the refined standards of Four Seasons. You will oversee the service team, maintain the quality of food and beverage offerings, and drive a welcoming and distinctive environment. You will also ensure compliance with all local regulations and Four Seasons policies while fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.,
- Providing expert knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with a focus on afternoon tea and cocktails.
- Leading and inspiring the team to deliver attentive and personalized service.
- Overseeing the preparation, presentation, and service of all food and beverage items in the Rotunda Lounge.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to develop innovative menu offerings.
- Managing budgets, monitoring costs, and driving revenue.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a strong service team.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Creating memorable guest experiences by actively engaging with guests and addressing feedback.
