RS615 Regional Forensic Services Support Officer ** External **

This is a permanent post within a small team based in Wakefield, which offers flexible working between 7am and 7pm , Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone to join our team and help provide a clerical and administration service to the Forensic Services unit.

The role includes verifying and recording financial data, identifying and researching discrepancies, preparing reports, maintaining information on computer systems and conducting quality checks on documentation., Applicants should be aware that it is not always possible to carry out adequate vetting checks on persons who have not been resident within the UK for the last five years. Therefore, where this applies, applicants may be refused because it was not possible to vet them to the appropriate standard.

We need someone with good literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to use a range of computerised systems and packages, including Microsoft Office, word and excel.

The successful candidate must be able to prioritise work load to meet service delivery, have strong communication skills and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
