Full Job Description
- Deliver food and drink orders from the kitchen or bar to customers' tables accurately and in a timely manner
- Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils
- Assisting with the setup and clean-up of the restaurant before and after service
- Cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are delivered accurately and on time
Experience in a similar role preferred - Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
