Full Job Description

We are looking for friendly, professional and enthusiastic band 3 PA to join our well-established SACT team.

The post holder will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective day-today running of administration support to the SACT Management team, assisting the team with a variety of administration and clerical tasks. This will include keeping managing diaries, arranging meetings and minute taking., The main purpose of the role is to facilitate the efficient running of the administration support to the SACT Management team. The post holder will assist the team with administration and clerical tasks such as diary management, arranging meetings and minute taking. All aspects of administration will be conducted according to Standard Operating Procedures and Trust policies.

The post-holder must have the ability to prioritise workload effectively and be able to communicate to a wide range of audiences as well as provide cover to and support other areas within the Networked Services Division as required
