Full Job Description

Guarding administration systems and processes and to have line manage responsibility. The Post holder will ensure the safeguarding performance indicators and monitoring requirements are maintained to the highest level. Therefore, experience of working in a similar role is essential. Duties include, but are not limited to: supporting the associate director of safeguarding to manage and deliver the safeguarding work and priorities, line manage the safeguarding administrators, liaise with key stakeholders within CLCH and our external partners, coordinate safeguarding data and activity for internal and external reports and preparing agendas / taking minutes at key safeguarding meetings within the Trust., To line manage the safeguarding administration team To oversee the effectiveness of the safeguarding administrative team To lead in developing Standing Operating Procedures for admin To deal with routine correspondence To draft meeting agendas, take formal minutes and notes at meetings To circulate agendas and supporting papers within agreed timescales, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. To support the ADS with organising wider team meetings, away days and the annual Safeguarding Conference, including booking rooms /venues and overseeing purchase orders /payments of invoices for these. To lead on maintaining the safeguarding hub pages To support with accurate reporting on allocate system and oversee the management annual leave and recording team appraisals Assist with producing and monitoring monthly/quarterly/yearly activity and trend reports and analysis Review and proofread correspondence, minutes and reports to ensure accuracy. To support the induction of new or existing staff concerning their understanding of KPIs and safeguarding quality standards. To have a good understanding of how quality improvement methodology can improve our service To prioritise work and forward planning to ensure deadlines are met

The post holder will need to have: good communication skills, experience of using electronic systems such as SystmOne and EMIS, advanced knowledge of using Word/Excel and Power BI and the ability to analyse data and produce reports to meet deadlines.
