Full Job Description

A rare opportunity has become available to join our safeguarding children Child Death review Administration team. The post holder is a member of the Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust Safeguarding Children Team and is required to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative support service to the Child Death Review team and the Child Death Overview Panel (CDOP) and to offer support to all partners involved in all child deaths (0 - 18 years) in Hertfordshire.

To undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, including personal responsibility for a number of routine delegated tasks including supporting, coordinating and sharing information from the Electronic Child Death Overview Panel (ECDOP). The post holder will be required to use the eCDOP system to monitor case progress, co-ordinate Child Death Review (CDR) Meetings, including information gathering and collating data. Training on the systems used will be provided.

The post-holder will require a high level of organisational skills and a willingness to develop their role within this specialist area ensuring that a high-quality review, reporting and support service is maintained., To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the nursing team and our partners.
