Full Job Description

Responsible & accountable for achieving the annual Safeguru budget for the UK Regions in line with the Sales Strategy & Plan.
Managing & mentoring the Area Sales Managers to assist them to maximise opportunities within their regions
Quota carrying roles whilst business is growing
Development of the annual and longer-term sales strategy plans to form part of the overall Business plan.
Communication, knowledge transfer and a positive KPI driven management style to get the best out of your team.
At least 5 years' experience in PPE Sales
KPI driven metrics to maximise individual sales performance., Know the numbers - weekly & monthly reporting to UK Managing Director on KPIs & key Area Manager activity areas.
Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy in line with the overall business plan
Work closely with other business units to up sell and cross sell by utilizing their customer relationships.
Total ownership and responsibility of the annual sales budget for all regions within the UK
Proactive sales visits
Daily & regular contact with regional Area managers to effectively manage workload, activity levels & conversions.
Working closely with the Bids & Tender Manager to identify Commercial & Government Tenders and develop a winning strategy
Analysis of weekly sales forecasts & pipeline figures with a focus on improving accuracy & providing reliable and consistent information to management.
Management report writing as requested for UK performance reviews and annual planning
Works closely with Marketing to understand and deliver on overall business strategy & key development areas.
Mange & mentor Area Managers to embed best practice into maximizing opportunities in existing & new customers
Developing sales presentations materials to promote Safeguru brands to provide consistency
Keeping updated on developments within key market sectors & product areas to identify new business opportunities for your team
Tracking KPIs in line with growth targets & business strategy.
Submission of an annual sale strategy plan to feed into the overall business plan
Organise and chair the monthly sales meetings
Liaise with all departments to assist you and your team in delivering the annual sales budget
Other duties commensurate with the level of the position. E.g. exhibition attendance
This role will require extensive UK travel with weekly time away from home in order to conduct proactive sales visits and to support the Area managers.
