Full Job Description

  • To ensure a secure and clean working environment for all stakeholders within CAMM premises, managing the overall maintenance, security and operational efficiency.
  • To ensure the organisation meets its legal and regulatory obligations related to facilities and safety.
  • To ensure that equipment is issued/returned in a timely manner and that all equipment is operational and fit for purpose.
  • Responsible for managing budgets and contracts with external vendors and service providers.
  • Managing the administration and reception team across multiple offices.
  • Deputising for the Head of Compliance and Central Support in Health & Safety/Facilities Management matters, as appropriate.

  • Salary - up to £35,000 FTE per annum
  • Location - Office based with travel between CAMM office premises as necessary (Church Gresley, Derby and Tamworth)

    We are seeking an experienced, proactive and solution-focused individual who will be responsible for health & safety, facilities management and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment including ensuring safe issue/return of equipment to staff. The successful candidate will be highly organised and able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment., Proven experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management or a similar role.
  • Specialist knowledge of H&S legislation and best practices and holds a H&S qualification (minimum IOSH Managing Safely)
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Thorough with good attention to detail and is able to work under pressure, to deadlines.
  • Must have use of own vehicle and full clean driving licence., Disability Confident
