Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environment Advisor to join our Battersea site in London, with responsibility over our Redhill site in Surrey also. As the site SHE Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the SHE Management team in implementing the site SHE management systems. This is a hands-on role where the main aim is to prevent work-related illnesses and injuries. The ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation will be essential. As the site SHE Advisor you will also have responsibility to act as the site competent person reporting into the SHE Manager. What you will be doing:

  • Support the reduction of SHE risks and hazards across the site
  • Support the site in legal compliance
  • Deliver appropriate Health and Safety training
  • Undertake workplace inspections and audits
  • Offer general health and safety advice across the site
  • Support the implementation of the TCFG SHE management system
  • Undertake reporting and escalation requirements
  • Support the management of contractors and visitors on site
  • Implement group SHE initiatives and campaigns across the site
  • Support the site SHE Manager in deploying TCFG strategy and systems
  • Complete risk assessment and risk management
  • Lead on incident investigation and RCA
  • Keeping accurate records and document control
  • Investigate the working environment for unsafe practices and conditions
  • Update and maintain documents, policies and procedures.

    Level 3 Health and Safety qualification and Environmental qualification
  • Good knowledge of specific work task (5 Years in similar role)
