Safety and Security Manager

• Calm - copes well under pressure and remains level-headed when dealing with incidents
• Technical - strong links to the police and enforcement agencies to provide insight and ensure best-practise in handling security-related incidents
• Influencer - able to influence hotel teams at all levels
• Strong communicator - skills both written and verbal, externally and internally
• Experienced in understanding resource requirements with respect to Security teams
• Membership of one or more of following associations: The Institute of Hotel Security Management, The Security Institute or ASIS International
• Relevant Security Management Degree / Certification: MSc Security and Risk Management, CPP Certified Protection Professional, Recognised licence or certification from SIA - Security Industry Association
• Demonstrable and proven experience of working in a supervisory role in large scale property portfolios.
