Salaried General Dental Practitioner

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a motivated team to provide evidence based and prevention focussed dentistry in a well-equipped dental surgery which is located in a community hub in the heart of the Cotswolds.

• The post holder will be expected to provide a full range of NHS dental treatment and preventative care to patients at Springbank Dental Clinic.
• To provide dental services as agreed with the Clinical Director, to support service responsibility in delivering essential standards of quality and safety that meet the requirements of the Care Quality Commission., We have in excess of 5000 staff working over 50 sites, providing a diverse range of services. Supportive team: The Clinic benefits from a Lead Dental Nurse who is present every day, their own decontamination assistant and an experienced Senior Dental Officer. The post holder will also be supported by the wider Specialist Dental Service. Whilst having clinical independence the post involves regular interaction with the Specialist dental service at training events, peer review sessions, audit and team meetings.
