Salaried General Practitioner

We are seeking a Salaried General Practitioner to join our team

-The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice

- We deliver total digital triage. Our systems mean we are able to manage the majority of patient demand on the same day while maintaining our own work-life balance

-Daily Senior GP presence, providing supervision and support

-Our GPs can focus on patient care thanks to our supportive, highly skilled, administrative team

-All blood test results and incoming documents are reviewed centrally, resulting in a lighter administrative workload. We are constantly looking at how we can streamline the way we work to reduce the administrative workload

-Minimal home visits

-The sharing of learning is encouraged at our weekly practice meetings, where we discuss the challenges we are facing and develop a team approach, providing each other with support

-We have a track record of supporting and developing our team, allowing our staff to reach their potential

-We work from purpose built air-conditioned premises, walking distance from Surrey Quays and Canada water stations

-4-6 Sessions a week are available, Standard duties of a Salaried General Practitioner, with core duties beingcomprehensive medical care through in-person and telephone consultations and conducting digital triage (full training and support would be provided)
