Salaried GP

A very rare opportunity has come up to join the practice team at Alrewas Surgery as a salaried GP for 5-6 sessions per week.

A long-standing, well respected GP practice covering a semi-rural area between Lichfield and Burton on Trent, with easy vehicle access as we are situated just off the A38 close to the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas Surgery aims to offer a welcoming, high quality GP service to all its patients., Working 5-6 sessions per week, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients and undertaking all clinical duties associated with GP work in line with GMC and RCGP standards and working with our multi disciplinary team.

Located in the village of Alrewas, near the National Memorial Arboretum and close to the eastern Staffordshire/Derbyshire border. Just off A38, easily commutable from Derby/Birmingham.

We have 7300 registered patients and are growing rapidly. There is one dementia specialist care home within our catchment area.

The team currently consists of 3 GPs, 4 practice nurses, 1 HCA, 2 clinical pharmacists , 1 care co-ordinator and an experienced and supportive management and administrative team

GMS practice, CQC rating Good, high achiever of QOF and enhanced service outcomes

You will receive a competitive salary dependent on experience, 30 days annual leave pro rata and an NHS pension.
