Full Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a circa 7,200 patient Practice. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes Advanced Nurse/Paramedic Practitioners, Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician support as well as experienced and well established nursing and administrative teams. The Health Board is committed to multi-disciplinary team working and will be looking to expand the team further in the coming months.We are looking for a Salaried GP to join our team to provide leadership as well as a clinical commitment and can offer a mix of face-to-face consultations, telephone triage and remote consultations. The Practice uses E-Consult and has signed up to Workflow Optimization.You will be part of the wider Health Board GP team and have the opportunity to participate in a monthly Journal Club and have peer support through the Deputy Medical Director's team, as well as from your salaried GP peers and from the Primary Care Cluster Locality Lead. There is the opportunity for training and development in any areas of specialist interest.,
- To provide, as part of a core multi-disciplinary team, a high quality general medical service to the registered patients of the practice (including temporary residents)o To provide consultation and appropriate clinical management of patients attending the practice, or to those where a home visit is clinically necessaryo To provide leadership, clinical oversight and direction to the rest of the clinical team
- To provide telephone and/or virtual consultation and appropriate management of patients who contact the practice, where necessaryo To undertake telephone triage as and when necessaryo To keep accurate and legible records of all patient contacts and contribute to electronic data recording and audit as directed by the service.

£71,061 to £97,822 a year per annum (pro rata if parttime)
