Salaried GP

The Salaried GP role is an essential member of the clinical team with the Same Day Urgent Care Service and /or Extended Access Service. You will provide high quality clinical care to the patients attending the services, dealing with a diverse range of health needs. You will be part of a team providing a friendly and professional service, in a CQC rated good organisation. This will include, but is not limited to, surgery and telephone consultations, administration, complying with the Confederation contracts , and the education and training of junior/trainee clinical staff. This role is expected to be a minimum of 8 hours per week on site but more hours are available, depending on the needs of the service and individual. The role has opportunity for personal development as well as support other clinical areas within the confederation as needed., Provide high quality consultations to patients in Hillingdon Work with the operations team and Service Clinical Lead to ensure the provision of high quality care Work with the Clinical Lead to ensure the clinical safety of the service by provide clinical updates/training/incident reviews when appropriate. Complete and provide the analysis of clinical audits as requested by the clinical lead or COD. Practise evidence-based medicine, in line with national and locally agreed guidelines Conduct patient consultations during the service clinical appointment hours Undertake telephone and face to face consultations as required, Prescribe in line with local and national guidelines

  £50,000 to £57,000 a year Dependent on Experience. Salary range is pro rata.
