Full Job Description

  • Working in close collaboration with the Account Managers supporting Local and Regional Accounts as well as supporting Global Account Directors and Clients
  • Perform tasks related to data maintenance in SAP & ATLAS, project management, coordination, and providing business/sales support.
  • You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relevant master files and product databases, including pricing, forecasting, regulatory project updates, client notifications, and handling regulatory document requests and upkeep.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the standards required by our clients, as well as building close relationships with internal cross-functional, divisional teams
  • Master company database systems to support vitality tracking, coordinate the brief-to-adoption process with ACM, and navigate project management tools for sampling, base tracking, and consumer tests. Interface with clients as needed, in collaboration with ACM.
  • Ensure that all information requested by the client is provided in a manner that meets their needs and standards (quality and timescale)
  • Coordinate sales under given specific scope and collaborate with supply chain and customer care to ensure optimal service and continuity
  • Responsible for creating monthly sales reports (NetRev, Volume, GM, PM) and manage portfolio creation and updates.
  • Take up any additional projects to support business growth

    Your experience - you will have Perfumery or FMCG experience with sound commercial awareness
  • Your IT skills - you will have the Ability to work with multiple systems and databases and you should have advanced PC skills in Windows environment (incl. PowerPoint and Excel). SAP experience is desirable but not essential
