Full Job Description

Due to our continuing success within the industry, we are expanding our in-office sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our sales team and contribute to our continued growth. FSS is looking for a strong, experienced and dynamic Sales Account Manager, preferably with knowledge and background in engineering and fuel. The role will involve driving and delivering sales and profit through excellence in the ownership and development of customer relationships. The key duties for the Sales Account Manager are: - Promote and embed the business aim for quality. - Develop a good understanding of the products and services of the business in order to identify how they will best address the problems customers are seeking to resolve. - Communicate regularly with customers and attend requested face-to-face meetings. Ensure customers receive the right product and service the first time. - Be the key point of contact for customers and provide an excellent service
and excellent problem/complaint resolution. - Generate sales among customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling in accordance with their specific needs. - Actively seek out opportunities. - Manage all pipeline activity. - Organise demonstrations/training to customers where required. - Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to provide customers with detailed action plans and quotations on all remedial work. - Provide input/complete any tendering processes as required. - Attend and represent the Company at industry events.
