Full Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Operations and BI team. This role is part time.
We are looking for someone to provide high quality assistance to the Stone ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) support and sales team helping towards the workflow and to maximise productivity and efficiency.
Key tasks will involve:
Creating Paperwork.
Updating Customer data.
Supporting the Sales team.
Creating customer reports.
Positive approach to your role, your team and customers.
To communicate with account managers/Customers as required by phone, e-mail & Teams.
To deal with complaints or escalations swiftly - correct recording and involving necessary colleagues.
Attend departmental and customer meetings and contribute to current issues., This is a part time position - 25 hours per week.
The working days are Monday to Friday

Do you have a passion for administration? Are you detail orientated and organised? Do you want to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a must?, The suitable candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing administration workload in a timely manner, handling excel reports with key information, administration and data management. They will be an excellent communicator both verbal and written, great organisational skills and keen eye for detail, experienced musing Microsoft Excel and able to manage various customers and work to tight deadlines.
It is also desired but not essential to have an understanding IT Asset Disposal, knowledge of the IT industry and experience using Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and within the IT Asset Disposal industry., Disability Confident
