Full Job Description

Working closely with the Customer Success Managers, the role is to ensure we provide admin support to those managers and customers to support the generation and significant growth of sales revenue from the team. What you will do

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for GBG clients by working at pace to complete admin tasks as requested
  • Update activity information for management reporting
  • Provide monthly reports to customers
  • Provide account management support for Scannet
  • Support our Voice of the customer team with managing submissions
  • Ensure any customer queries are dealt with and updates are provided.
  • Proactively review the sales processes to improve how we manage BAU tasks
  • Work cross functionally to ensure all supporting tasks are completed on time to required standard.
  • Ensure contractual paperwork is completed on time and accurate as per the scope of work agreed in the proforma
  • Engage with clients at all levels and be the support where needed for client engagements
  • Work closely with all GBG internal stakeholders to ensure client and sector challenges are built into our product roadmap
  • Work with the Legal department to finalise contracts

    Ability to work at pace within a busy sales environment
  • Eagerness to expand knowledge - will be required to learn about our products in order to provide excellent support to customer product queries
  • Confident working with all levels of customers.
  • Possess strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Work as part of a cohesive team to support the drive of increased revenue from the customer base
  • Experience of understanding Customer problems and resolving them in an effective manner
