Full Job Description

All of the sales are incoming so really the role involves providing customer advice on the type of electricity meter, purchase of top up cards and creating and processing of sales orders to our customers, which are wholesalers and end users. It would also be useful if you had some type of sales order processing experience. The office is a very busy one so we are looking for someone that likes to be busy! You will be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries by telephone and email. Your Role Will Include

  • advising customers on the purchase of electricity meters / utility meters
  • providing customer updates and dealing with enquiries
  • managing general website queries
  • using company accounts system
  • using courier tracking systems
  • processing purchase orders
  • liaising with internal departments such as accounts and dispatch

    previous utility experience / call centre (preferred)
  • sales administration experience (preferred)
  • previous experience of order processing
  • excellent knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • customer focused and gives great service.
  • adaptable with a keen eye for detail.
  • someone that loves a busy office..., order processing: 2 years (preferred)
  • utility sales: 2 years (preferred)
