Full Job Description
- Support the Contract Manager of Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance services across the Staffordshire area.
- Provide Administration support for existing contracts, new mobilisations and terminations, to ensure seamless service to our client, accurate reporting & support to the Accounts Team.
- Support with the presentation of quotes and specifications for new contracts and additional works.
- Provide to clients information & reports in response to enquiries, concerns & response's about products & services.
- Prepare slide deck for monthly client reviews, gathering information from Service Delivery Managers and Central Management system.
- Support the Service Delivery Managers by handling calls & enquiries in their absence.
- Process PO's, Orders, Forms, Applications & requests from management team.
- Act as minute taker in key management, client or internal HR Meetings.
- Deal directly with clients by Telephone or Electronically.
- Respond promptly to client's enquiries.
- Handle & resolve client complaints.
- Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Keep records of customer interactions & transactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Service process.
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator, looking for your next opportunity? - Experience in Sales Support Administration or similar experience.
- Comfortable in communicating with internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced experience.
- Keen to learn.
- Competent in relevant IT packages especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.
- Ability to learn internal systems.
- Problem analysis and problem solving.
- Attention to detail & accuracy., Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)

£26,000-£27,000 per annum depending on experience. - Annual Bonus.
- 21 Days Holidays + BH's
- 8:45am-5pm Monday to Friday - 1 hour lunch
