Full Job Description

  • Support the Contract Manager of Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance services across the Staffordshire area.

  • Provide Administration support for existing contracts, new mobilisations and terminations, to ensure seamless service to our client, accurate reporting & support to the Accounts Team.

  • Support with the presentation of quotes and specifications for new contracts and additional works.

  • Provide to clients information & reports in response to enquiries, concerns & response's about products & services.

  • Prepare slide deck for monthly client reviews, gathering information from Service Delivery Managers and Central Management system.

  • Support the Service Delivery Managers by handling calls & enquiries in their absence.

  • Process PO's, Orders, Forms, Applications & requests from management team.

  • Act as minute taker in key management, client or internal HR Meetings.

  • Deal directly with clients by Telephone or Electronically.

  • Respond promptly to client's enquiries.

  • Handle & resolve client complaints.

  • Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes.

  • Keep records of customer interactions & transactions.

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Service process.

  • Experience in Sales Support Administration or similar experience.

  • Comfortable in communicating with internal & external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong mathematical skills.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced experience.

  • Keen to learn.

  • Competent in relevant IT packages especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.

  • Ability to learn internal systems.

  • Problem analysis and problem solving.

  • Attention to detail & accuracy., Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)

    £26,000-£27,000 per annum depending on experience.

  • Annual Bonus.

  • 21 Days Holidays + BH's

  • 8:45am-5pm Monday to Friday - 1 hour lunch
