Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor based in Melton Mowbry you'll be responsible for:
+ Serving customers on the trade counter by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
+ Answering customer enquiries via phone/email with a friendly and proactive attitude.
+ Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away feeder deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
+ Assisting with general office duties and following up on customer quotes.

+ Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with customers.
+ Previous experience in sales or customer service is a beneficial
+ Computer literate with confidence learning and using new systems
+ Great team player with a willingness to support in all areas of the branch in this varied role.
