Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor based at our Plumb Centre in Mosborough you'll be responsible for:

• Helping customers on the trade counter by understanding their needs and recommending products.


• General warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.


• Responding to customer enquiries by phone or email with a friendly attitude.


• Merchandising stock and maintaining high standards in the branch.
  
  Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.


• Sales or customer service experience is beneficial


• Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
  
  This is a Full time role working 40 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until April 2025.


The working hours are Monday to Friday, either 7:30 am-4:30 pm or 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with a requirement to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8:00 am -12:00 noon after training paid at overtime.
