Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor based in Liskeard (PL14 4LN) you'll be responsible for:

• Helping customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.


• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.


• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.


• General office duties and follow up on any quotes
  
  Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.


• Sales or customer service experience would be ideal


• Merchant or plumbing and heating experience would be ideal, but not essential as training can be provided.

  This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5pm.
