Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor based at our Plumb Centre in Norwich you'll be responsible for:

• Provide excellent service, establishing strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.


• Serve customers on the trade counter, establish their needs and offer product recommendations.


• Proactively seek opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers.


• General warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
  
  Trade experience is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided.


• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.


• Sales or customer service experience is beneficial


• Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks

  This is a Full time role working 40 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until October 2025.


The working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm along with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings from 8:00 am -12:00 noon after training paid at overtime.
